My experience at Alta Auto Group was really great! All the staff is friendly and professional, which made the process more comfortable. The person we worked most was Juliano, and he made sure to communicate with us and help us as much as he could. He also told us it is a family owned business! We left with a 2015 Mustang that had the perfect modifications 😎

I’m always a little skeptical when it comes to buying from used car dealerships, but after doing my research and communicating with Rylee over the phone and through text, we decided to make the 2.5-hour drive from South Carolina—and I’m so glad we did!The dealership itself is extremely nice, and the owner and employees were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. What really stood out to us was how relaxed the experience was. They gave us plenty of time and space to look around without constantly standing over us or pressuring us into making a purchase.They were also willing to negotiate reasonably and worked hard with the lenders to get us exactly where we wanted to be. From start to finish, this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle, and we will definitely be using them again for our next purchase!

I had an excellent experience at this auto shop! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. The cars are priced great for what you’re getting, and I felt like I was getting a great value.Rico made the entire process smooth, easy, and quick. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy.
