Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership. Juliano was great to work with throughout the process and had excellent communication from start to finish.Since I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, we did run into an issue where a cosmetic defect was not easy to see in the video that was sent to me beforehand. To the dealership's credit, they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and worked with me to find a fair solution. Special thanks to Rico for helping resolve the situation.The car drives great, and overall I am happy with my purchase and the experience. I appreciate the team's efforts to make things right and would consider doing business with them again.

I had an excellent experience with Alta Auto Group, from my initial phone call until I drove home in an Acura MDX I was guided and informed through their process. I was fortunate to connect with Rico initially and he greeted me when I arrived and stayed engaged. All of the other encounters with employees were also positive and people went out of their way to ensure I had been connected with someone and not waiting.Rico arranged for the test drive and made sure I had no further questions concerning any of the multitude of features in the MDX. No pressure, relaxed conversation and genuine interest was not what I expected from a visit to look at a used car but that's what I experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to come back in a few years when we replace our other car - great job.

I’ve bought two vehicles from this dealership and both experiences have been great. The customer service has always been friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. Anytime there was an issue with either vehicle, they took care of it right away with no questions asked. It’s hard to find a dealership that stands behind what they sell, but these guys definitely do. I appreciate the professionalism and how easy they made everything. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle and good people to work with.
