The best experience I have had buying a car. Thanks to Ryley and the Alta crew, car was sitting out front soon as I arrived, Ryley was easy to work with on everything, paperwork was quick, in and out. They delivered my car the next day, can’t ask for a better dealership and crew. Will be seeing them again on our next purchase!

Had a great experience buying my 2020 BMW M340i from Alta Auto Group. The buying process was laid-back with no pressure, pricing was completely transparent, and the showroom and inventory were excellent. Highly recommend!

Truly, an exceptional experience purchasing from Juliano and Alto Auto Group. From my first communication online to driving off the lot took less than 24 hours. Being later in the evening, we didn’t have everything completed that night, yet every promise made was kept over a 2-week period while we completed the paperwork and such. Having a dealership you can trust like this is a rarity today. My last BMW was from the big local dealership; Alto not only exhibits the same professionalism and quality, but adds a family feel and has been super responsive to anything I’ve needed. Absolutely recommend, and thank you!

My experience at Alta Auto Group was really great! All the staff is friendly and professional, which made the process more comfortable. The person we worked most was Juliano, and he made sure to communicate with us and help us as much as he could. He also told us it is a family owned business! We left with a 2015 Mustang that had the perfect modifications 😎

I’m always a little skeptical when it comes to buying from used car dealerships, but after doing my research and communicating with Rylee over the phone and through text, we decided to make the 2.5-hour drive from South Carolina—and I’m so glad we did!The dealership itself is extremely nice, and the owner and employees were all very friendly, professional, and welcoming. What really stood out to us was how relaxed the experience was. They gave us plenty of time and space to look around without constantly standing over us or pressuring us into making a purchase.They were also willing to negotiate reasonably and worked hard with the lenders to get us exactly where we wanted to be. From start to finish, this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle, and we will definitely be using them again for our next purchase!
